Students have been reviewing end-of-year instruction for state test prep. The 6th grade ELA teachers would like to show the movie, “Shrek”. This movie will be a review over several plot elements, genre (Folktale), and figurative language. Students will actually complete an activity for review that ties into this movie.

If you DO NOT want your student to participate in watching this movie and reviewing this several end-of-the year elements and terms, please sign and date the bottom of this letter and we will ensure that the student has an alternate assignment over character with another piece of literature.
